Hello, and welcome to my website. The pencil drawings you see here are all of well known spots in Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil and Brecon, South Wales. They will be of interest to anybody who recognises the places or who simply appreciates fine pencil work.

I have lived in Aberdare all my life and these are just some of the places which, I  think, epitomise the area. However, I do take commissions, so if you have a favourite scene which you would like a drawing or watercolour painting of please contact me.

I also specialise in animal portraits in pencil and watercolour. For these I work from photographs which I take myself at no extra cost. This is because I like to meet the animal to get a feel of it’s personality which will show through in the final piece of work. However, if it is not possible for me to take photographs and you supply me with one, please make sure it is as large and clear as possible.
